Bruce has lived in the Fox Valley area his whole life and now currently resides in Cary, Illinois with his wife Pat. Bruce and Pat have two daughters and two grandchildren.

Bruce considered a career in commercial realty because he enjoys challenges and finds commercial realty to be a rewarding profession. Bruce acquired specific skills and talents that qualify him as a leader in the commercial industry through his background in construction and development. Bruce Kaplan is a Realtor and Senior Broker Associate with Premier Commercial Realty and was one of its four founding members in 1991. Mr. Kaplan has been marketing real estate since 1976. He owned his own brokerage firm for 10 years and began exclusively brokering commercial/industrial properties and businesses in 1991, when Premier was formed.

Bruce has consistently been a top producing agent for Premier since its inception.

Bob spent his first 25 years after school managing industrial companies in the Chicago area. Since he had experience dealing with local government, Bob felt he was prepared to have a career in commercial real estate.

Bob’s hobbies include playing the saxophone, clarinet and oboe (since grade school) and playing in Concert Bands/Concert Orchestras and “Big Bands”.
